Teach from ExperienceIn addition to shaping SCG, Strother has spent more than two decades shaping the minds of future communications practitioners. He taught marketing, advertising and public relations for 22 years as an adjunct professor at the University of Saint Thomas, St. Paul, Minn. and the College of Saint Catherine master’s program in Organizational Leadership. In 1998 he joined the University of Minnesota’s School of Journalism and Mass Communication as an adjunct lecturer and was appointed as a full time visiting associate professor for the 2004/2005 academic year. Strother graduated with distinction from the University of Minnesota, in 1978 with degrees in English and secondary education and received his MBA in marketing management in 1982. Strother is a graduate of the Executive Management Program of the Wharton Graduate School of Business. |
